Founder

George Davies - Director

George is a Chartered Surveyor with over 10 years’ experience in the UK property market. He began his career at AXA Investment Managers, gaining institutional experience in asset management, investment, and transactional execution, before moving to a leading national consultancy where he specialised in capital markets and development.

Over his career, George has been involved in the origination and delivery of numerous investment transactions across both the employment, and residential sectors, as well as the structuring and funding of large development schemes.

Drawing on this combination of institutional training and hands-on market knowledge, George founded Next Generation Investments to provide a disciplined yet entrepreneurial approach to property investment. Every opportunity is personally overseen by George, ensuring investors and partners benefit from his expertise, market insight, and commitment to long-term value creation.
